What is Neurodiversity? What is Neurodiversity-Affirming Therapy? Why should YOU CARE about these issues?

Since starting the Lift Every Child Foundation, I have been asked the questions in the above headline. Not everyone has the same ideas or knowledge about the topic of neurodiversity and neurodiversity-affirming therapy. So, I asked my daughter, Rebecca Erwin, who is the owner of The Lark Center and a pediatric occupational therapist, to answer these questions.
